last minute le coz did't plan 1
so went out wit caris,christine n jade
they are also my so call far relative n cousin
we went out coz jade is going to MATRIK
very soon so ma go out wit her lo
too bad no photo

next time perhaps

went to Jusco 2day
so when we arrive there
we were late
coz tat gal la
say fetch her 2 o clock n the movie starts at 2.30
she tot my car can fly in just a blink of an eye
zzzzzzzz
so we watch Fast n Furious 4
the movie was ok not bad
saw Dennis n Sharoon there
i dn't really know them

after the movie went for arcade n mcD for tea
Christine had a stomachache coz she ate 3 piece of Appple Donnuts
(tu la greedy hahahaha)

so we went back after tat
send they home
n we go for cycling after tat
around the taman
so ya we had a great time

hope to spend time wit u HUMANs again ya

As some of u know tat i went to selangor for the Selangor Tae Kwon Do Open Championship

had lots of fun there n lots of memories there wit my seniors n juniors
n learn alot from tis tournament
i learn wat is call team work n support each other more
i made lots of friends too from tat championship
Penang team won 15 medals
not sure how many gold silver n bronze
i took part on 4 event
Team sparring Team pattern Sparring n Pattern
but i only manage to win 1 event
tat is bronze on Team sparring
well i know is nothing much
but i feel about about it

the bronze i got

1 special thing about Penang team is we like to slp alot
i mean alot le
